What if my recruit moves to a new Ship?

If your recruit moves to a new Ship, their mail will follow them based on their Division #.  The mailroom does everything possible to deliver your loved one's mail on time - because of the COVID and overwhelming amount of mail, there is sometimes a delay of a few days.

If your postcard is not delivered for any reason, we will give you a replacement credit, no questions asked.
